By Rilwan Ameen SYRACUSE (Newhouse Sports Media Center) -- The Syracuse Orange (No. 3/3: 11-1, 3-1) Women's Lacrosse team defeated the Albany Great Danes (No. 18/17: 9-1, 1-1) on Tuesday night, 13-11. In SU's previous home game, Alyssa Murray became the third SU women's player ever to reach the 300-point mark in her career. She followed up her historic performance scoring three goals in tonight's contest. Kayla Treanor also led the Orange with six points.
