Syracuse, N.Y. -- The Syracuse University softball team lost to the University of Louisville 7-4 Friday afternoon in its home opener at the Onondaga Community College. Due to weather conditions, the game could not be played at Syracuse's home field, the Skytop Softball Stadium. Still, the Orange managed to host a game for the first time this season.
