Ivan Traczuk: The U is back. As one of the most storied programs in college football history, the University of Miami Hurricanes haven't won a national championship since 2001. With their latest bowl game win coming last year, I truly believe that they are back on the road to glory. Mark Richt enters his second season as Miami's head coach. He also returns 16 starters from last years team, many of them being on the defensive end. A lot of people do believe that this defensive team could be the best in the ACC rivaling many like Florida State and Clemson. Another great return is Mark Walton, who was one of the leading rushers in the ACC. Now, the circumstances aren't just players. University of Miami is in the Coastal Division. 5 of their 7 teams are looking for new quarterbacks. Though Miami is one of them, they have 4 great potentials including dual threat freshman N'Kosi Perry. I truly believe that this is the year that the University of Miami finally gets into the ACC Championship Game and finally becomes a national contender once again.
