Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse125th Anniversary
By Alazia Williams SYRACUSE, N.Y. --- The Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse is celebrating their 125th Anniversary and what better way to do that than with baseball and hotdogs? I guess some would say with a 25 thousand dollar check cut from NBT Bank!
NBT Bank hosted about 100 students and their councilors at the game against Pawtucket in support of their 125th Anniversary Campaign. They were provided with hot dogs, popcorn, drinks and great seats.
I spoke with India who is a third grader here in Syracuse, she said she plays softball, at the school so she was very excited for the opportunity to come to the Chiefs game today.
The Director of Media Relations, Jennifer Jock said that India is one of the star students of the program.
